The Pavilion

Seating 70 guests and 130 cocktail-style, the Keys Suite is a smaller, more intimate space. Featuring a slick, modern style with floor-to-ceiling windows, this is a space that can be designed to meet any wedding  or corporate event dream.

The Pavilion’s Harbour Suite is located overlooking the picturesque marina. Seating 150 guests or 270 cocktail-style, this area incorporates a dramatic cathedral ceiling. Refreshingly stylish and spacious, this suite comes with state-of-the-art audio and visual facilities in addition to a private balcony boasting ocean views.

Overlooking the turquoise waters of the Marina, The Pavilion provides a picturesque backdrop for wedding reception merriment. Designed with neutral colours, The Pavilion works with any colour scheme for your special day. Whether it’s cocktail or formal, the exquisite catering and exceptional level of service at The Pavilion will make it the perfect choice for your dream wedding.

Sky Chapel

The Pavilion’s Sky Chapel provides a purpose-built ceremony space located high above the water. Providing pure white folding chairs and standing space for exceptional viewing, the Sky Chapel also has fully integrated audio-visual capabilities to digitally record your ceremony and project it live throughout your wedding suite. You’ll also be treated to flower arrangements and a signing table  – the perfect addition to the perfect ceremony.

Onsite services and amenities

Getting there 

The Marina, Mindarie provides ample free parking conveniently located just steps away from The Pavilion. ACROD bays are also located near the hotel reception and in the lower car parks near the Indian Ocean Brewing Co. and The Boat.

The taxi rank at The Marina is outside the hotel reception area.  Taxis can be arranged for guests between the hours of 8am to 6pm via the reception desk.

Train and bus services are close by with buses running down Ocean Falls Boulevard and train services leaving from the Clarkson train station just five minutes east of the Marina. Visit the Transperth website for further information on local bus and train times.

Staying overnight

For those wanting to continue the celebrations further, The Marina Hotel provides comfortable and stylish waterfront accommodation options to suit all your needs.

Better still, while you’re there, why not experience some of the fantastic restaurants, bars and cafes down on the Boardwalk? There’s plenty of tantalising dishes, locally brewed boutique beers, live entertainment and free kids activities from venues such as the Indian Ocean Brewing Co., The Boat, Dome, The Waterfront Café, Shikara Indian Restaurant and NZ Natural Icecream.

Love Notes

You made the day all about the bridal couple and you were there on hand at every turn. Not in any way intrusive but checking in regularly with us and making sure everything went smoothly whilst we were all getting ready.

From the first time we met you we were impressed and you definitely suit your role, it was you who swayed my daughter’s decision to hold the wedding at your venue. The venue was fantastic – a one stop shop. We are so glad we booked rooms there – it was so relaxing.

I also have to thank all of the other staff at the Pavilion, especially Jay in the evening and all the other bar staff. The Hotel reception staff also deserve a mention. Everyone I came into contact with was so polite, helpful and easy to deal with. Their customer service was excellent. This was not just on the day but also in the lead up to the event. They were consistent with their excellent customer service.

Thank you all again for making the wedding day a memory to last us a lifetime. We have no hesitation in recommending the venue and facilities to anyone.

The venue speaks for itself with its amazing views looking over the harbour both in the afternoon at the sky chapel during the wedding and in the evening for the reception. Having Amie as Wedding Co-ordinator made our day run smoothly without any faults knowing that we were in capable hands.

All the food that was served to us was incredible and any areas that we wished to change the chef was happy to do so within which our food on our wedding day was exactly what we asked for.

Our wedding coordinator Amie helped us throughout the whole process and was very flexible and accommodating. She happily met us with any questions and put us at ease throughout.

All the staff at Mindarie made our day so special and everyone who attended the wedding could not fault any part of the venue including the service.
