Join Elliot from Block Smoke & Grill as he takes you on a Pitmaster class covering which covers everything you need to propel you from backyard bandit to pro. On arrival, enjoy a refreshing pint of a IOBC brew.
Start with the basics like lighting the fire, selecting the right cuts & trimming then move on to how to cook a range of different meats. He will finish up with smoking/pit temp, wrapping and finishing as well as Q and A. Not to mention the best bit, a pitmaster feast! Extremely limited spots available. $150 per person.
