Arrogant Lager – 7.2% 75 IBU – Hoppy Red Lager

Arrogant Lager defies convention and redefines what a lager can be. This isn’t your typical crisp and light brew—it’s a brash, dark amber, big, bold lager that demands your attention. On the hop front, a fearless blend of Strata and CTZ brings explosive flavours and aromas. Strata delivers juicy tropical fruit and dank undertones, while CTZ packs a punch of piney bitterness with a hint of spice, making every sip an adventure.

Golden Nectar – 6.3% 25 IBU Fruited Belgian Ale

Golden Nectar is a refreshing Belgian blond brewed with the delicate sweetness of ripe Nectarines. Its golden hue, subtle stone fruit aroma, and smooth, effervescent finish make it a perfect blend of elegance and zest.

Fruitulus Lupulus – 5.9% 20 IBU – NEIPA

New England IPA is new world beer epitomised. Our NEIPA is brewed with an unwholesome amount of hops added to the ferment and dry hop. resulting in a beer bursting with hop aroma and flavour. Fruitulus Lupulus finishes with the lightest of bitterness, allowing all the stone fruit, orange and mango juice character to sit front and centre.

Shore Thing Summer Ale 4.2% IBU 20 

Citra and Galaxy hops combine to create a fusion of juicy tropical flavours and a gentle breeze of fruity aromas that wash over you with every sip. The hop flavours are afloat in a body of sunshine-gold beer. Produced using Pilsner and Wheat malts which create a crisp and clear brew that can be enjoyed all year round.

Rough Seas Pale Ale 5.8% IBU 40

A new world Australian Pale Ale with a copper haze body, piney, tropical hop aromas and a refreshing bitter hop finish.
An authentic pale ale reminiscent of the rough seas of Albany. Showcasing all Australian malts and New World hops. Australian Topazis used in the boil followed by double dry hop of Cascade,Amarillo and Galaxy.
This beer is on the upper end of the pale ale scale at 5.8% ABV. Displaying piney, tropical hop notes with a firm bitterness, Rough Seas Pale Ale will cleanse your palate with every
mouthful leaving you wanting more.

Siren Song 6.0% IBU 45

The Siren Song is a 4-times- hopped Hazy IPA. Utilising Centennial hops in the boil kettle, followed by Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops in the whirlpool, biotransformation stage and lastly as a heavy dry hop. A hopping regime that results in Sauvignon Blanc and citrus flavours with gentle stone fruit and floral aromas. The result is a juicy, hopped up Hazy India Pale Ale which is soothingly scented and fantastically flavoursome. Every mouthful of this entrancing beer is another note in the Siren’s Song which will have you longing to enter this beers warm embrace
