Wine and dine with some of the industries finest at The Pavilions “Paddock to Plate” 7 Course Degustation Luncheon in conjunction with Kerrigan Valley, West Cape Howe and King Island Dairy.

Each of the 7 courses will be paired with premium West Cape Howe Wines, perfectly selected by the Director & Chief Wine Maker himself, Gavin Berry. Gavin will take you on a wine journey through the Great South West, teaching you the art behind growing, making, tasting and pairing food & wine.

Meet the Family from Kerrigan Valley Beef Farm in WA’s Hyden District, “The home of Wave Rock,” Learn the “Paddock to Plate” concept whilst being treated to some of Australia’s finest Grain Fed Beef!

Finish with a Cheese Master Class from King Island Dairy, Head Cheesemaker, Ueli Berger; winner of two Champion trophies and Grand Champion Cheese at the 2017 Australian Grand Dairy Awards.
